Stella Circle was founded out of the conviction that leadership must and can function better. Stefanie Salata and Dr Tanja Wielgoss have experienced C-level themselves: the opportunities, the pressure, the loneliness. They know what is missing at the top and what is needed there.

What we want to achieve
